Geographically located at the crossroads of Europe and Asia, along the historic Silk Road, the region has for centuries served as a hub of international trade, craftsmanship, and intercultural dialogue.

  • Uzbekistan Uzbekistan — homeland of samsa, plov, pomegranates, spices, dried fruits, and famous Uzbek textiles and ceramics.
  • Kyrgyzstan Kyrgyzstan — a country of mountains and pastures, known for organic products, honey, dairy items, wool, and eco-friendly cuisine.
  • Tajikistan Tajikistan — rich in fruits, nuts, dried fruits, teas, embroidery, and traditional spices.
  • Turkmenistan Turkmenistan — renowned for carpet weaving, cotton production, spices, and Eastern sweets.
