Bazar de Asia Central — Payment Policy and Accepted Methods

1. General Provisions
The Bazar de Asia Central platform, operated by Jarteppa Consulting S.L., offers users from Spain, the European Union, and Central Asian countries a wide range of convenient, secure, and certified payment methods for products and services.
All transactions are processed through our secure in-house payment gateway:
🔒 https://pay.bazarca.com — an encrypted, PCI DSS–compliant payment page (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).
2. Accepted Payment Methods
The platform supports a variety of payment methods:

🔹 2.5. Cryptocurrency (Integrated on the Site)
Bazar de Asia Central has integrated secure cryptocurrency payment directly into the website. This option is available at checkout, with no additional request needed.

Ethereum (ETH)
USDT (Tether) – ERC-20 and TRC-20 networks
USDC, BNB, Polygon (MATIC) — subject to future integration
🛡️ Technical details:
Payments are processed via a licensed crypto payment provider
Conversion is done to euros (€) at the rate at the time of payment
All transactions appear in the user dashboard
Invoices and QR codes are automatically generated at the "Payment" step
ℹ️ Refund terms:
Refunds are issued in euros, not in tokens
Blockchain and service provider fees may be deducted
Refunds are processed at the original exchange rate
⚠️ Important:
Cryptocurrency transactions are non-reversible
KYC verification may be required for transactions exceeding €1,000
All transactions comply with EU AML directives
🔹 2.6. QR Code and Digital Wallets
On the platform and mobile app, users can pay via:
Apple Pay / Google Pay
QR payments via banking apps
NFC/contactless payments at live events
🔹 2.7. Gift Cards and Promo Codes
Promo codes issued via partners, event organizers, or festivals
Digital gift cards with set expiration dates
Must be applied before checkout completion
3. International Payments
The project is also designed for international users and partners.

Custom-made, perishable, or personalized goods are non-refundable as per EU consumer regulations
