5. User Responsibilities

All users must:

  • Use the Platform lawfully, ethically and respectfully

  • Provide accurate and complete information when registering

  • Protect their accounts, passwords, and sessions

  • Immediately report suspicious behavior, security breaches, or misuse

  • Act in good faith when interacting with other users


6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

❌ Use the Platform for fraud, laundering, or illegal transactions
❌ Post misleading, offensive, or defamatory content
❌ Collect or extract data through bots, crawlers, or unauthorized access
❌ Promote hate, discrimination, or violence
❌ Create multiple false accounts or impersonate others

Violation of these rules may lead to:

  • Immediate suspension or termination of your account

  • Legal proceedings or notification to authorities

  • Compensation claims by affected parties


7. Intellectual Property

The Platform and all its components — code, structure, texts, images, videos, logos, and documents — are the intellectual property of Jarteppa Consulting S.L. or licensed third parties.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

You may not:

8. Accounts and Access

Creating an Account:
